NES Financial is now JTC Americas.
The fintech industry has been described as “hot” in a recent article by Entrepreneur and we couldn’t agree even more. Read below the many milestones that show how NES Financial is on a Fintech roll in 2019.
As a Fintech company headquartered in Silicon Valley since 2005, the industry is only going to get hotter with different financial services and products being developed each day. We take pride in our Silicon Valley DNA, Big-Four accounting sensibilities, scalability, and in-house technology that’s developing each day here at NES Financial. The future we envision for fund administration is bright as evident by the milestones our company recently celebrated.
One milestone includes making our debut on the San Francisco Business Times’ 2019 Bay Area Fintech list, joining companies such as Visa, PayPal, Inutuit, Square, and LendingClub to name a few.
Another milestone includes signing our 30th Opportunity Zone fund, which provides technology-enabled solutions for the efficient back- and middle-office administration of complex financial transactions for clients throughout the country. Since publishing our press release announcing the signing of our 30th Opportunity Zone fund, we have signed on a few more funds, which serves as a testimony that our third-party oversight is important and deemed necessary to our clients and investors.
At the 2019 IIUSA EB-5 conference in Washington, D.C., we were presented the “U.S. Champion” Award for our commitment to EB-5 and job growth in the country, which was an honor for our company since we are the market leader in the EB-5 space.
Our Private Equity team celebrated three big wins last month, spoke at two panels at IMN Rhode Island, and our Private Equity Fund Administration solutions continue to be in demand, especially with the addition of AltaReturn’s accounting and reporting suite.
One question we are frequently asked is about the similarities and differences between Opportunity Zones and 1031 exchanges, so we produced a guide to better understanding the two investments called “Understanding Opportunity Zone Funds and 1031 Exchanges” with expert insight from Jim Lang, a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, and Jill Hamer, attorney and founder of CRE NET in New York.
We’re also on a hiring frenzy, and recently welcomed tech executive Kevin Walkup as COO and President of our DataOps Division, so if you want to join our amazing team after reading all the great things we’re up to so far this year, take a look at our Careers page. Don’t forget to follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for the latest updates because there will be more news, developments and milestones from NES Financial as we continue this Fintech roll.
