Projects with target raises under $50M continue to comprise the majority of EB-5 projects. Large projects represent a smaller portion of EB-5 projects, but due to their larger target raises, the largest 20% of projects also represent nearly 80% of all EB-5 target capital raises.

Though 63% of EB-5 projects aim to raise between $5M and $50M, they comprise only 28% of all targeted EB-5 capital raises. Projects that range from $50M to greater than $500M represent a significantly larger proportion of targeted EB-5 raises at 71% despite only making up 21% of EB-5 projects.

Multi-family projects showed the largest growth in EB-5 projects, and hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use/office projects remain the largest categories of EB-5 projects.
