NES Financial announced today that it has been selected by EB5 United to provide its EB-5 Solution Suite on the Regional Center’s Four Seasons Resort and Golf Course in Puerto Rico.
The Four Seasons development project features a 5-star luxury hotel and 18-hole golf course atop 610 acres of land with breathtaking ocean views. Currently under construction, the project is estimated for completion in early 2017. With more than 200 investors, this project is expected to create over 2,000 jobs.
The EB-5 visa program, created in 1990, encourages investment in projects that stimulate U.S. job growth, while providing an opportunity for foreign nationals to become lawful permanent residents. An applicant’s investment is typically held in an EB-5 escrow account prior to investment in the New Commercial Enterprise, which then uses the funds to create jobs.
