NES Financial announced today that it has been chosen by Liberty Nebraska Regional Center to provide its EB-5 Escrow and EB-5 Fund Administration Solutions for the Regional Center’s latest project, the Capitol District Marriott Hotel in Omaha, Nebraska.

Liberty Nebraska Regional Center, part of Liberty Regional Centers, will be developing the Capitol District Marriott Hotel in the heart of downtown Omaha, Nebraska. The $80.7M hotel will feature over 330 guest rooms and be adjacent to the CenturyLink Center (a leading arena and convention center) only a few minutes away from the largest indoor/outdoor shopping center in the city.
