The trends relate to the complexities of M&A activity and best practices in the administration of these complexities will also be discussed.

She has worked for two national 1031 exchange industry leaders and accrued over 10 years experience with particular emphasis on facilitating complex forward, reverse and improvement exchanges as well as overseeing federal and state regulatory compliance and augmenting client relationship management and business development.
