NES Financial will be in Houston, Texas on May 12 to host the highly popular 2015 EB-5 Innovation Summit Seminar. The event is scheduled to take place at the Sheraton North Houston from 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

EB-5 is an appealing, low cost source of capital for commercial real estate developers. EB-5 experts at this event will discuss the industry’s most pressing trends, challenges, and opportunities. Topics include the EB-5 program, the immigration process, how to raise capital through EB-5, and real-world examples of operating a Regional Center and managing projects.

Speakers include Charles Foster and Christian Triantaphyllis of Foster Global, Batya Goodman and Bruce Rosetto of Greenberg Traurig, Dandan Zou of Texas Investment Regional Center, and Patrick Harvey of Louisiana International Gulf Transfer Terminal, who currently has the largest EB-5 project in history.

This seminar is largely geared toward commercial real estate developers who are interested in using EB-5 capital as a source of funding. However, anyone interested in attending can sign up to benefit from the information, whether they’re program veterans, relatively new to the space, or have yet to get started.

Along with presenting relevant market data, NES Financial will also be showcasing its leading Intelligent EB-5 Solutions, designed to help issuers streamline the entire EB-5 process, start to finish.

“This is the only seminar of its kind in the industry today,” said Reid Thomas, NES Financial Executive Vice President. “Industry experts from across the country discuss the latest issues and opportunities in EB-5. Attendees will find the information extremely pertinent and useful no matter what phase of the process they’re in.”
