NES Financial announced today that it has been selected by Rapid Security Solutions to provide its leading EB-5 Escrow and Fund Administration Solutions for the company’s direct EB-5 investment project. NES Financial’s EB-5 Solutions have been used on more than 200 projects, representing over $10B in capital.
The EB-5 visa program, created in 1990, encourages investment into projects that stimulate U.S. job growth, while providing an opportunity for foreign nationals to become lawful permanent residents. An applicant’s investment is typically held in escrow prior to subscription in a New Commercial Enterprise.
Rapid Security Solutions, headquartered in Florida, sells and installs integrated electronic security systems for a range of homes and businesses, including residential, commercial, government, and non-profit organizations. The company is raising capital to support their growing operations, creating jobs in five new Florida market locations.
