JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate possesses a track record of solid consultative sales experience, selling complex financial services solutions and building strong relationships at the executive level.  As part of the outside sales team, you will help grow our client base for our specialty finance administration solutions. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts through consultative selling in building the client relationship in existing and new accounts: sourcing new business, building executive relationships, delivering presentations and proposals and closing new business
  • Responsible for managing a specific sales territory within the Eastern Region
  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic account plans and achievement of sales targets and overall growth of overall revenue growth
  • Manage the growth of the business through proactively seeking, identifying and supporting sales opportunities
  • Effective at engaging with C-level executives
  • Assist in refining and identifying strategies solutions to current and future client base
  • Establish strong working relationships with referral partners to enable a complete solution sale to clients

Require Qualifications:

  • Experience selling outsourced professional services
  • Proven consultative selling and industry experience in financial services, commercial real estate or technology
  • Minimum of 3 years in outside sales with a proven track record
  • A strong background in consultative selling and trained in the use of successful sales tools, i.e., Sandler and/or Miller Heiman
  • Familiarity with private equity operations and industry issues
  • Understanding of financial services outsourcing and technology solutions
  • Understanding of technology/software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Sales Territory:  East Coast
  • Will be located in NES’s Eastern Regional Office outside Boston in Rockland, Massachusetts
  • Four-year degree
