The ideal candidate possesses a solid track record of consultative sales, selling complex financial services solutions and building strong relationships at the executive level. As part of the outside sales team, you will help grow our client base for our specialty finance administration solutions. You should be comfortable with multitasking in order to meet the assigned sales goals


  • Build and maintain client and referral partner relationships to support Western Region Sales
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed financial goals
  • Participate in identifying and refining complete sales solutions for current and future clients
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Require Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance is desired
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with solid track records is required
  • Experience in consultative selling and training in effective sales tools and methodologies
  • Experience with private equity operations and industry is highly desired
  • Understanding of financial services outsourcing and technology solutions
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology/software applications
  • Salesforce experience highly desired
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
